1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and LingLing Thai Dubbo concerning your access to and use of our website and services. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and our services.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

All dine-in reservations are subject to availability. We manage our bookings through OpenTable. By booking a table, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your scheduled reservation. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the booking time before being released.
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
• Contact us directly at +61 2 6884 1855 for groups larger than 20 people or special function inquiries.

3. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

While we strive to accommodate specific dietary requirements (such as Vegan or Gluten-Free options), please be aware that our kitchen handles allergens including nuts, seafood, soy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, and cross-contamination may occur. It is the customer's responsibility to inform our staff of any severe allergies prior to ordering.
